Contributed to feature development across candidate and admin portals backed by .NET. I built a shared address and postcode validation service with in-memory caching, developed chatbot support widgets for both web portals and then mobile, consolidated redundant status-check requests into one endpoint, and built the Assign Training module with sorting and validation.

Built a SaaS platform that lets users upload footage and get AI-assisted edits back without touching a desktop editor. The core is an asynchronous media pipeline: uploads land in cloud storage, processing jobs are queued and fanned out to workers, and progress streams back to the browser so users watch renders advance in real time instead of staring at a spinner. Handled the realities of video workloads — large file uploads, long-running jobs, retries on worker failure, and cleanup of intermediate artifacts — so the happy path stays fast and the failure path stays recoverable. The editing UI is built for non-editors: pick a source, choose what the AI should do, preview the result, export.

Led development of a CRM platform for patient records and prescription workflows, built with React, Redux, Node.js, and SQL Server with real-time data sync across concurrent users. Integrated the Five9 call-center API so agents work patient cases without leaving the CRM, cutting call handling friction. Architected serverless notification flows on AWS Lambda and EventBridge, and built secure PDF generation pipelines backed by S3. Unified multiple external pharmaceutical APIs into a single normalized drug catalog, and implemented granular role-based access control across user types — admins, agents, prescribers — with audit-friendly permission boundaries.

Architected an event-driven notification platform for healthcare communication workflows. Lambda functions triggered via EventBridge rules handle scheduling, templating, and delivery of patient, prescriber, and pharmacy notifications, replacing manual coordination with automated event flows. Built PDF generation and S3 storage pipelines for prescription and insurance documents, and integrated external pharmaceutical APIs into a unified drug database with medication records and pricing. Designed a drug-assignment engine that routes medication workflows based on patient history, insurance coverage, and prescriber preferences. The serverless model scales down to zero between bursts, keeping infrastructure costs proportional to actual usage.

Built a multi-tenant admin management system spanning several distributed services, structured around Clean Architecture with Next.js and Node.js. The core design problem was permissions: many admin roles, many services, one source of truth. Implemented a unified permission model with a super-admin layer for granular role composition, enforced consistently across every service boundary rather than re-implemented per app. Redis handles session management and hot-path caching, supporting real-time permission updates without re-login. Server-side rendering keeps the admin surfaces fast, and comprehensive audit logging tracks admin actions for compliance review.

Built a real-time agile estimation platform where teams create rooms, invite members, and import tasks directly from their task management system. WebSocket communication keeps every participant in sync during voting — simultaneous reveal, live participant presence, and task switching without page reloads. Includes participant management (kick, role-based permissions for scrum masters) and a MongoDB-backed data model for rooms, sessions, and voting history. Designed the UI around the actual rhythm of planning meetings: join fast, vote fast, move to the next ticket.

Built a school fee management platform covering the full voucher lifecycle — generation, distribution, payment tracking, and reconciliation — with React Hook Form and Zod validation guarding data integrity across student records. Analytics dashboards provide filterable trend analysis and financial reporting, with one-click export supporting custom formatting. Permission-guarded routes separate administrator, teacher, and parent capabilities, and the MongoDB data model is indexed for complex fee structures, payment tracking, and multi-semester academic calendars. Includes a reusable component library with glassmorphic dialogs shared across the app.
